Which samples are needed?
The Early Platinum Screen requires a simple blood and urine sample. You should be able to produce a urine sample during your appointment. No uncomfortable swabs will need to be taken and there are no fasting requirements for this test.
How do I get my results?
Once all your results are ready, we will contact you by phone, email or SMS. Alternatively, you can call us at a time that is convenient for you. Please let our booking team know your preferred method of contact.
You will also be able to view your results in your secure Patient Area on our website whenever you choose.
What if I test positive?
Most STIs are curable with the right medication. Our Patient Services Team are on hand to help you with the next stages of treatment. This depends on the STI(s) you test positive for, but may include: a prescription for medication, a doctor’s consultation and/or referral to a specialist.
