You will receive our sample collection guide with specific instructions regarding your blood sample collection. Once the sample reaches our lab, we will conduct an efficient and accurate analysis.

When does my home test kit arrive?

If you order your kit before 4pm Monday-Friday, Better2Know will dispatch the package that same day via An Post. You may select Special Delivery at checkout if you wish to track your package. It should reach you between 2 to 4 days after it arrives at the lab, depending on your location.

How do I get my test results?

Within four workdays of your sample’s arrival at our lab, your test results will be ready. A member of our team will contact you directly via phone or email to relay your results. In addition, you are welcome to check your secure patient portal on our website at any time. Once the results are ready, they will be listed in your confidential portal.

What should I do about my test results?

If your results indicate suboptimal levels of Omegas 3 and 6, you may have a deficiency and need proper treatment.
